Connections Mentoring Program
Do you like to mentor? Do you feel called to help people? Are you available one hour a month? If so, this opportunity might be for you.
As we launch our prison ministry at Central Christian Church, we have partnered with the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury to be a part of the new “Connections Mentoring Program.” In this program we are helping inmates transition back to the community, become productive members of society and model social behaviors. It is a one hour commitment per month and requires a background check, orientation and training to get started.
This is a great opportunity to volunteer for anyone who feels led be a powerful and positive influence in the lives of others.
